Mindful Nature Walks

Discover the beauty of Zurich’s forests, reconnect with your body, and awaken your wild heart on these bi-weekly nature walks.

These walks are a space to ground yourself, release stress, and spark creativity while deepening your inner connection. We are gathering a community of wholesome explorers!

Pause, breathe, and rediscover the magic of nature—and your own wildness—with curiosity, awe, and an open heart.

What to Expect

Every other week, we gather for a mindful, explorative walk in nature.

First 30 Minutes: Quiet Reflection

  • Start in peaceful silence to ground into the moment. Tune in to the sounds of nature, feel the earth beneath your feet, and simply be.

Second Half: Your Choice

  • Join me for a practice, playful movement, or mindful exploration!

  • Connect and share a practice and your magic with others!

  • Continue your walk solo, following your own rhythm and curiosity!

Each walk is unique—whether soaking in stillness, grooving through the woods, or simply wandering, the experience is yours to shape.

I would love this to be a space where we can let go of the outside pressures and stay embodied. I therefore invite everyone to keep verbal conversation to a minimum and please don’t use your phones!

Practical Information

Date & Location: Every second afternoon, Forch/Küsnacht/ZH Forests (details shared in our WhatsApp group).
Exchange: CHF 10 donation (or what feels right for you - tea and snacks and skills are also welcome).
